What the 15-Point Risk Assessment includes: We walk your production floor and inspect your critical equipment while it runs. We look for the problems that cause unplanned downtime and injuries: Mechanical: conveyor alignment, chain and sprocket wear, loose mounts, and gearbox leaks and oil condition Electrical: thermal scans of control panels, wiring and conduit damage, E-stop and safety device checks, and cabinet cooling Pneumatic & hydraulic: air leaks, hose and fitting wear, cylinder seals, and FRL condition Safety & guarding: missing or damaged guards, interlock function, and slip and trip hazards.
